Capital Construction
General product description
Capital construction is one of the most traditional and competitive products of construction-and-repair companies. It consists in erection of new objects in accordance with the clients' projects. Capital construction of industrial objects is associated with installation of technological equipment.
In recent years, the complex product type – "turn-key projects" – is rapidly growing.
With this approach, the Contractor carries out the whole range of works including design and selection of the construction variant, project realization (delivery of materials, spare parts and equipment) and handing over to the Client. Thus, the Client does not have to keep its own staff of designers, nor does it have to cooperate with a number of Contractors - all contacts are reduced to the dialogue with General Contractor. In this case, large companies capable of guaranteeing the required quality are preferable.
The product allows the Client:
1. To execute the project of capital construction.
2. To install technological equipment.
3. To choose the price- and quality-appropriate Contractor – out of a number of such-like companies present on the construction and repair market.
4. To have a "turn-key" service without the necessity to cooperate with a number of organizations (design institutes, constructors, suppliers).
Capital construction: the Holding's view
Construction of new objects requires responsible approach on the part of any, even very skilled, organization. The Holding undertakes such responsibility.
By doing so, the Holding takes up the responsibility for the delivery of materials and equipment, and in the process of installation – for their diagnosis and adjustment.
Over several years, the Holding has developed wide and reliable connections with suppliers of equipment, materials and spare parts, and has organized the production of some of them on its own territory. This allows the Client to save money for purchasing equipment and materials and ensures timely and continuous deliveries (and, consequently, timely commissioning).
