PRODUCTION FACILITIES

Production facilities of the Holding occupying the area of over 50,000 square meters include machinery and repair plants, electrical shops, diagnostics, adjustment and utilities repair areas, and service divisions. These facilities are located next to the Customer’s objects for the purpose of immediate satisfaction of its needs.

PERSONNEL

Operating divisions of the Holding employ highly-qualified engineering personnel and professionally trained regular labor force of the total quantity about 4000 people. All employees have unique work experience obtained at objects in Iraq, Cuba, Algeria, Bulgaria, Pakistan, Mongolia, Kazakhstan and Russia.

The advanced training institution of the company provides constant professional growth of its personnel, quick exchange of experience on introduction of new technologies and preparation of high-skilled specialists starting from school-days.

PARTNERSHIP

Fruitful cooperation with equipment and component manufacturers allows to achieve maximum operational efficiency and reliability of such capital-intensive processes as the construction of new and modernization of obsolete power objects.

Formation of value chains

The only participant investing money into the given chain is the Customer, who makes a decision to purchase a product (service). All other participants only redistribute this money among themselves.

The long-term stability condition for the chain is derivation of profit by each participant. Attempts of some participants to put their expenses and problems (without elimination of their root causes) on other participants will provide neither stability nor success for the chain.

When organizing such chains, the Holding puts the participants' interests first. Currently, it already involves the Research institute and Engineering center, production capacities, construction and repair companies.
